When you place an order, please proceed according to the following items.

1) How do you like to receive the portrait:

If you want any delivery service, please make necessary arrangements and give full instructions in due course.

2) How do you like a packing;

a simple airmat wrapping or a special box for pictures. Delivery within USA or Japan can be simple.

3) Make payment by check or bank remittance;

referring to the "Price" page.

4) Send photographs of the person(s) to paint:

Snap photos are all right. Three or four pieces are desired, so that the caracteristics of the person(s) can be well described.

After receipt of the check/money and the photos you sent, the work will be started. Before delivering you the finished portrait, the photo of the painted portrait shall be sent if requested. Since the work is started, there will be no refund. Will you please, therefore, refer to the "Sample Paintings" page and confirm that you like the touch of the work.
