YM9999 Polycrystalline Sapphire

INJECTION
     The most expected new material. Compared with YM100 Monocrystalline   Sapphire, which can be only made in bar shape, YM9999 Polycrystaline   Sapphire can be injected in any shapes.

ANTI-SNOW
     DP polish makes perfect mirror surface on this material with almost NO   PIN HOLES which is very suitable for twisted state yarn.

 

YM99C Alumina Ceramic

YM99C-almina-ceramic

The most popular and successful Alumina Ceramics with more than 99.7% purity. The raw material is specially blended and is quite different from other similar material in market. The biggest advantage of this material is, we can supply 3 different surface finish.

YM80AZ Alumina Zirconia

YM99C-almina-ceramic              

The newest material for Anti-Snow purpose.The hardness is about Hv1950 which is harder than our standard material YM99C,and roughness on DP finish is about Rz0.05-0.08 which is more mirror surface than YM99C-DP finish.
The biggest advantage is its reasonable price. We already have YM9999-DP for Anti-Snow purpose but the price is the bottle-neck. This YM80AZ-DP will be supplied at lower price than YM9999-DP material.

    Overfired with high temperature in special furnace. The surface is covered with crystals with even and round peak shape.Recommendable for flat yarn.

     Apply DP finish before HF process. DP polish  removes any peak on the surface and makes HF  surface with more even and safe condition.
