"IT BECAME LEGEND ! "
No.2
"Tamiya's slotcar kits" are the most exciting a slot car  I've ever seen!!
I'm impressed. And they were so beautiful.
So I could get many Tamiya's kits in 1966.

This is the nicest it!

People call this "McLaren M1A". It was a revolution of slotcar !! Because it had a brass-chassis with a spring suspension. And still more it had a ball-bearing axles, too.

My secoud car(?) was "PRINCE R-380". It was a present for me from my parents!
Top right: "Lotus 30" was the best !  It was the best of 1/32 scale's slotcar.
I want to said, Tamiya's "Lotus 40" had a strong better than Cox's "Lotus 40".
But a cox's Lotus 40 had a reality body.
Why did a tamiya's Lotus 40 gets a strong? Because it had a "Side-Wainder Die-Cast Chassis" with a spring suspension. And it used for another models ( "King Cobra", "Porsche Carrera 6", and "Three Stock cars" ), too.
"TIPE 30 LOTUS"

1/24scales "LOTUS 30"
The 1/1 scale "Lotus 30" was born
in January 1965 after "Lotus 29 got
a success of The Indianapolis 500.
It presented at "LONDON RACING
CAR SHOW" in January 1965.
It had a Big Block Ford 427, and a
FRP's body.
"Lotus 30" was one of the fastest a slot car  I've ever seen !
By the way, how was a performance of the 1/24 scale "Lotus 30" ?
It was a good slot car. And "Lotus 30" by Tamiya was the best  I've ever known !
